Minh Pham, D.D.S.
Dr. Minh Pham is a 1978 graduate from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology/Laboratory technology. Following his undergraduate studies, he worked for one year as a senior lab technician in cancer research before entering dental school. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) degree from the Howard University School of Dentistry in 1983. Afterwards, he acquired extensive experience and training in Endodontics (root canal therapy), Prosthodontics (crown and bridge, dentures), Oral Surgery and Anesthesiology during his General Practice Residency at Sea View Hospital and Home in Staten Island, New York and Lincoln Hospital in Bronx, New York City.
Since 1985, Dr. Minh has combined his scientific and technical abilities to create beautiful and healthy smiles, which have changed the lives of many of his patients. He is devoted to create excellence in all phases of patient care. To ensure his patients with the highest quality of care, Dr. Minh continuously attends advanced post-graduate courses in general dentistry and orthodontics.
Dr. Minh combines his expertise in functional and neuromuscular dentistry with a preventive approach to orthodontics. From early evaluation of bite and airway development in children, to the most complex occlusion problems in adults, Dr. Minh provides treatment with a strong focus on long-term stabilization of the muscles and joints, as well as ideal function and a beautiful smile.
In the last five years he has focused a large part of his practice to orthodontics, TMJ treatment, and dento-facial orthopedics.
